Yes it would. I made the trip to Florida a few times. Once as a kid, again on my honeymoon, and a third time on vacation with my wife and daughters. Got a new born son now, so I imagine I will be making at least one more Florida trip again in a couple of years.

Congratulations on the Baby, I'm a great grandfather, only in age, I'm still a kid inside.
If you were referring to Disney world or Sea World on your trip, make sure he is old enough to enjoy and remember it, a lot of folks bring their two or three year olds and spend a lot of money and the child doesn't remember anything.
Don't let me change anything, just my opinion. Well the sun is shining, I'm going out to find some grass that I might have missed...........LoL

I hear you lol. My oldest daughter was 9 and my youngest daughter was actually 2 when we went last. I didn't want to wait till my youngest was much older because my oldest daughter had been asking for years to go. It gives the wife and me an excuse to be kids again ourselves. When my younger daughter is 6 we will probably go back. My son will only be about 2, but that just gives us another reason to go 4 or 5 years later. never too old to enjoy Disney world.

I know what you mean, I'm a big Epcot fan myself, but we haven't been in years because of the cost, they used to have Florida resident discounts, but they forgot the real reason Disney had these places built, the CEO of Disney takes home almost 50 million a year salary, now there is something wrong with that.
Actually now the Florida resident pays more than an out of state traveler, it's like they don't need us anymore.
When we used to get a discount, we went at least four times a year, sorry, I have gotten cranky in my old age.
Enough of that, I found some grass that I couldn't mow yesterday because it was underwater..................YAHOOOO!!!!

I did dig a ditch several years ago, the problem is, more rain than the ditch can handle.
I won't go into detail, but the state installed drainage in the median between the four lane highway near us and routed it into our drain field.
Can you tell why I get backups?........can't win....Lol

Well, after having my new Snapper for two days, I need to clarify a couple things.
The seat is sprung and adjustable, the engine is quiet and smooth, the mower deck is what makes all the noise.
The cut is magnificent, the handling is easy, I could cut a straight line after driving the mower for ten minutes.
There is no ROPS, which I like because of so many trees in my yard, I did not have to duck or move any limbs out of the way.
It has two Five gallon gas tanks, which it needs for the added weight over the back wheels.
I like the bearing guards, the powder coating is superb, the blade drive belt looks to be very high quality.
The front wheels and casters work very well, I wonder about some brands that use a lot of caster, too much will cause the mower to not stay on an incline.
The Snapper pro seems to use less than most which I believe will help it maintain it's heading on a slope, and the fact that it has less caster does not hinder the maneuverability in any way, you just think about changing direction and those wheels will rotate.

The only drawback I found is the lack of traction when I mow down into the ditch, I'm sure it's because of our ground being saturated with water, it doesn't look like we are going to get any real dry weather for a while.
We have earth worms crawling around on the concrete trying to get out of the saturated soil...........worst rain fall in many years.
After it dries out I will attempt to mow along the ditch and not down into it.
I have to stop now, I think I heard the grass grow, I'm going out and check, talk at you later..................Ron

Thanks for your review. Wet ground does cause some problems on slopes. Having a zero turn mower brings a new meaning to the phrase " watching grass grow" doesn't it?

Yes, During the growing season I can cut my grass three times a week, it grows that fast, I cut my lawn at the highest setting, it is thick and lush and does not need watering much, approximately once every three weeks.
I just justified my ZTM, I mow one acre three times a week that is the same as three acres once a week.
I just tripled my yard......Lol.

Lol, was going to wait till after the titans game to mow mine today. After watching them stink up the first half I think I'm going to go ahead and start now. Looks like I'm going to have to wait at least one more year to have a good football team in tennessee. Oh well, at least I get some great weather to mow in today.

I would be mowing also, but Sunday is our quiet day, we don't do much on Sunday.
Look out Monday as soon as the grass is dry. We have had three days without rain and everything is drying up.
