The estate mowers I have read about had the zt3100 and zt3200 hydros.

Not to argue the point but Estate Mowers don't have hydro drives at least none that I've ever seen, they do have a gear box. Estate mowers or more commonly known as finish/grooming mowers are typically a three point hitch for tractors and can have anywhere from two blades to five depending on the size of the deck and are designed for mowing turf grass, I see them everyday on the golf course outside my window. These in the link are what estate mower are that I know.

Thanks for the link. I think we have both shown our points and it appears as though we use different terminology. I have shown an example of a company using the term estate mower that has zt3100 hydros and you just provided a link to something different. I know you may not believe me, but I do respect your opinion on most things, except your opinion on Snapper Pro and Ferris. Lol. You may be happy to know that I actually recommended a toro z master 2000 to a friend this weekend. He has a little over 2 acres and is looking for a new mower. He was admiring mine and asked what I recommended. He has horses, so I informed him of the equine discount that toro offers and recommended the z master. He also lives in middle tennessee, so he really knows what a hill is like.

Are you saying because I live in Florida I don't know what a hill is like?

Lol, no but if you have ever spent time in middle or East Tennessee you may know what I'm talking about when I say they really know what a hill is like. There are no flat places.

Lol, ok. The smokies are a small mountain range compared to some other in the U.S. I guess. I live in west Tennessee it is flatter than the other pars of the state. Spend time in middle and East Tennessee every year though.

Do you guys really mow at half speed, taking it easy on your machine to make it last? The reason i bought a commercial grade machine was so I could mow fast and the thing would be heavy duty enough to hold up. I tear through the yard loke there is no tomorrow. If course I do all the maintenance requires.
