I been there, done that with 'bout all them thangs.....
(I always hated the Sears Catalogs....the glossy paper really didn't absorb much........)

Don't you lot get phone books ?
Back when I was a wee lad, dad had a bench saw.
When the new phone books came out, all the neighbours would turn up to get dad to cut them in quarters & shave off the spine,.
Next stop was down to the bloke on the corner who had a pedistal drill for the all important hole for the modified coat hanger.

Sorry , I keep forgetting that Australia is the only country on the planet where every house has access to a telephone.
Happens when the system was run by the government as an essential service and not by a private company only where they can make big profits.
