Try hanging upside down.
I have a Dexion bar sitting at 7' that I hang upside down on at least once a day.
A physio friend put me onto it decades ago.
It stretches the spine and allows the sacks of goo ( whose name I forgot ) to plump up and then cushion your discs properly.
10 minutes upside down & I end up better than 1" taller.
68 been in small transport for 30 years dragging things way too big & heavy around and still have a perfect back, save a herniated muscle I got by lifting 40Kg at arms length because I was too lazy to shift the 800 Kg crate in front of it.
As for visually prostituting your wife to titilate 12 yo boys ( or older men with 12 y/o brains & no sex life ) for no reason other than inflate your own ego by getting lots of hits on your juvenile , uninformative & frankly booring video clips well what can I say ?
have we actually gone further than the days of buying & selling women & treating them as possesions ?
Bare flesh has 2 places, the beach & the boudiour .
Now I am no prude and regularly attend nude beaches & swimming holes , sleep naked and many times if not required to go outside side may stay naked most of the day.
The kids used to think nothing of walking around naked INSIDE as does the woman I married .
Outside is different, neck to knee for most of them.
Note the moron is wearing a large brimmed hat to protect himself but expect the woman to flaunt her bare skin.

She is looking at a very painful time in her old age .

I have never seen Bert as angry just not politically correct and blunt and to the point. I find it refreshing compared to even the way I speak.

Not against fun Russ , in fact I quite like it.
But shoving a video camera up some womans backside & posting it on the web is just plain crass.
Or to put it another way.
If that was your daughter and he video was posted by her boy friend would you allow them to go out again ?
And no I am not an angry old man but yes down here we do not go overboard with false godliness & politeness.

WELLL, personally, I did enjoy the good looking gal, (eye-candy) we call it here, I don't see where political correctness is involved, MOST men and yes young boys enjoy the stimulation to their eyeballs opening wide, ( LOL ) I'm guessing, they each know with whom they will sleep with at night, no matter if others may "hit" on either one of them, I see complete trust in that, if they both are comfortable in showing the rest of us an example of a nicely proportioned female form, so be it, if they were makin the video to "tease" and excite a bunch of guy's they surely have reached their goal. I really don't think HE was exploiting his wife, as much as he is proud of a very attractive wife. Stop and think back, to when YOU were a young man, and your hormones were raging with with some "daddy's little girl" in your trust, ( a stiff **** has NO conscience) what would her "daddy" have done/said if he was watching you both in the back-seat of your car or wherever , I don't think it sinful to admire good-looking women and even have the sometimes "lewd & lacivious " thoughts we experience, I think it's in our genes ( and we hope THEY like what's in OUR JEANS ) ( LOL ) It doesn't appear that ANYONE shoved a gun up their arse to make the vid, AND NO-ONE shoved a gun up your arse to watch it... If it's offensive, move-on ! I THINK most of us guy's have our fantasies of being with a good lookin gal, and enjoy it, so long as it stay's a fantasy, no harm done !

Actually that guy has a whole string of videos on many topics, all of which involve his wife an various states of dress.
