I can't believe how tall the grass can get at some of the foreclosed homes!! :shocked:

Yeah they get bad if there not in a sub-divsion or something like that where they have the HOA that is supposed to take care of that type thing. The problem is alot of the HOA's use the excuse they don't have the money to hire someone to do it. We had a lot of foreclosures here but our HOA started working through the county to take care of all the foreclosures and it work pretty well. One of the big problems they have though are the houses that are not foreclosures, they are houses that people have just walk away from or abandoned. The Banks own those and they don't like spending money for up keep.
