DOC N ROGER Take a LOOK-SEE

IF ... I had the time,..money,..energy, and resources, I would buy this, then take it all apart , then send 1/2 to Roger, and 1/2 to Doc. THEN they would have to join forces to build it in final stage , AFTER they each re-built all the parts in their halves !! Sorta like builing a tunnel from each end and meeting in the middle, I could imagine all the emails ... .. ..:confused2:

Tractors

Doc,

I thought that tractor you got had the 9N wheels, not 8N wheels.

Boo,

$2,100 is a little stiff for an 8N in that condition. I could have gotten the one my cousin has for around a grand. Problem was someone had put calcium in the wheels and that had eaten right into the rims, so you were looking at another $1,500 by the time you had new rubber mounted on new rims and installed.

If you got a tractor, what end would I get to work on? I'll volunteer to do the 'lectrics and leave all those nasty greasy parts to Doc!! LOL

Hope all you guys had a great Fourth! We had 15 people out at our camp, fed them BBQ chicken, burgers and hot dogs and then Ichi-bon-son-san bought several hundred dollars worth of fireworks which he set off from a float we'd anchored out in the lake. It was quite a display! Mother and I didn't get to crawl into our rack until dang near midnight! She said, "I'm going to read a little so I can unwind." I said, "I'm already unwound. Good night!"

I didn't surface until 0645! Gotta go haul traps at 0945...

Rog

Re: MTD Yardman Transaxle Rebuild

the video hides the fact that the tree was leaning top heavy over the wires, Ron climbed high enough so that his cut was really two feet up and away from the wires.

He has been an Mountain man most of his like, he eats strange things and talks none stop.....good guy though, proud to call him my friend.

Hope you get to view this , Doc, I was having a problem with my video player..
