Ten-Hut ! the Captain is aboard ! OK guys as you were, Good to have you back at the helm Sir ! Guess you'll have to go back to Page 224 to start your briefing, Sorry to report, several hands are currently unaccounted for, but we're still zero-bubble ! As you might recall member, Schitt-house Pumper 54, is on medical leave. I believe the other members could possibly be found at the Bar next-door to the brothel, it's not been confirmed but we're checking on it Sir . Only incident to report Sir, we believe it was the ship's Parrot that emptied his bowels into your white Captain's cap, this is also to be determined, if in fact it was him. I'm sure you'll find everything , well maybe NOT everything, as you expected.

Re: MTD Yardman Transaxle Rebuild

Welcome home Roger

Thanks Doc,

Phew,, I took some time to catch up!! I'm glad you found some 'on-topic' (if there is such a thing on this thread) pictures to distract everybody.. Looked like the fur was going to fly there for a bit and this is something that we have always avoided on here.

I realize that there wasn't anything really serious, but things seemed to be warming up.

I've been working on a cyclonic dust collector during the power outage, but I hate to use any power tools as they load the generator down and that drops the voltage and motors hate to run on low voltage and it becomes a vicious circle. But still, I've been able to make some progress. I should get the final assembly finished in a day or so. I'm hoping that this collector will remove the fine particles from my new sand blasting cabinet. (Seems like I already said all this stuff, so I'll shut-up and go work on it instead of sitting here B.S.-ing about it..

I'll let you guys know when we actually do get power back on.

Hey, did you finally get your part from Windham??

Boo,

I'll tell you the same thing I always told newbies that made the mistake of calling me sir!! - 'Don't call me SIR sonny, I'm just as good as you are!'

The noon meal sounds like fried parrot to me, how you like yours done?

Doc,

I thought that might be it.. Did you ever watch "Das Boot"? I watched it with sub-titles and it was pretty realistic, all except when they had flooding through a torpedo tube, there wasn't nearly enough water coming in..

Thanks Doc,

I know you pulled that out of some movie that I ought to remember, but crap, I suffer from CRS so badly, I can hardly remember my own name sometimes!

However, we never "ping" (it gives you away..) Besides we can tell anything we want to know just by listening. (Even range - but that's a secret!!)

Rog

Hunt for Red October I think.

Too late again. Well, I am on pain pills. Tried and failed to pass the last kidney stone. This one sent me to the hospital. Morphine is your friend. I am home now with just little pain pills but I am a lightweight.
