I wanted to cut for them. According to the recruiter they had 100 plus cuts in the zone I was supposed to get. The distance was too much for me and the fact that there were too many things in the contract I did not want to agree to. One thing was if we got behind we could be charged for somebody else cutting it. We were told we had to take it all and needed two crews. I honestly think the recruiter was clueless. To start off with she told us we had to bag ALL trimmings as well.
What sucks is when you get yards that are already days late because someone else did not do them. They gave me 30 yards that was already late then sent me a email saying I had to get them done in 2 days plus still do the yards that I already had. I told them I would get to them when I could.
I took the next day off.
Ended up with 21 of my yards late by 3 days. Again got a email saying I would get a charge back. I said you charge me back any yards I won't do anymore work. 3 hours later got 16 more yards. I think I been getting a lot of yards because some guy is late all the time and sprays roundup a foot away from anything that you would trim around.
The thing is is I map out for the next 4 days then they send 20 more yards and want them done today. I just add them in if they are on the way to what I have mapped out.
In April I did 47 initial cuts they have the recuts to someone else. Send one email and they gave all the yards back saying it was a mix up.
As long as they know you are getting them done as best you can they are happy.
Just some FYI they only look at your invoice and pics if the computer kicks it back.
The thing with a yard being a hour away from home is you won't just do that one you do five going to it and five on the way back home.
And I gave up using the iPhone app
