Last year got a QC to clean out the gutters. This was for A2Z got to the house it had no gutters.

The people that do the inspections have never really done any kind of work ever.

Sounds about right lol. Hey, those inspectors work real hard.. sometimes they have to get out of the car to take the picture!!!

I didn't hear about the spraying gardens yet. Ya, not gonna happen.. unless they pay more $$$. During the conference last week they said to avoid using excessive week killer. If properties do not have a reasonable commit date after 3 days they will be reassigned. Oh, and be careful when urinating at the property because neighbors are complaining! What a joke

I bid $600 on this

I did not want to spend money on weed killer.

But I did and been spraying the fence lines.
Hate trimming chain link fence.

We have a new inspector on the REO side.
He QC me on every yard to spray every flower bed.

And was told can not edge with a trimmer. They want to see a edger blade.
They about to get their feelings hurt.

That is part of the reason I did not take the zone with Safeguard. That recruiter lady I talked to was unrealistic.

You can buy glyphosate in 2 1/2 gallon jugs much cheaper than Roundup. It works great.

Yep waaayyy big and then dealing with that recruiter. I could not see me jumping on that.

I here ya! Getting my interview to go through was tuff. Even now that I work for them I have very hard time contacting my regional director. Very frustrating. Checks are nice though

Where I live all of the towns are spread out. One city has 30,000... the rest have less than 4,000. The zone is 90 miles east to west, 60 miles north to south. Safeguard said that they could split it in half for grass cuts if no one could take on the whole zone.
