You can run the model #s does the shift lever move easy or does it feel like gears

How old is it and what model

I can feel it like go on every gear and it is an early 90s but I don't know what model it is at my friends still

If its a hydro you can still change out the pulleys.
I would split it in half clean it out good and fill back up with a good oil not sure what to use but I bet KENNY would know.
Start a post and ask I bet he will know.

Or you can just put bigger tires on for more speed but will lose take off power.
