Just curious. I've had some very tasty sticks lately, and wondered what others like.

No, but I do the much more politically incorrect thing...I smoke cigarettes! That's akin to kicking three-legged dogs and tripping old ladies as they cross the street these days, isn't it?

I'll still do it if it kills me.

Now THAT'S what I call tenacious! I feel the exact same way. Why prolong the inevitable? I say life's too short - live it up!

If you live long enough, you will get to attend a lot of funerals of friends that were of the same mind... eventually that will alter your outlook... :smile:KennyV

When I was in my late 20's I smoked dope, my mother found out and she told me quote:

"Everybody needs a crutch". Well she was a heavy smoker from age 20 to age 72 and it finally killled her. She told me she really enjoyed smoking but she had a LOT, and I mean a LOT, of smoking related illnesses that handicapped her from age 45 until her death. I never understood why anybody would enjoy THAT.

But to all, enjoy your vices, everybody needs a crutch.... Mine is a glass of Zinfandel to wash down my dinners.

I generally wash my dinner down with a glass of wine or beer also. And I like to take my dinners gradually over a period of about 10 hours beginning at noon...

I probably would, but everywhere I turn, some do-gooder (not referring to you here, Kenny) is trying to force me to quit. Ain't gonna happen like that. Just makes me more stubborn. If people left me the heck alone about it, I'd have quit on my own years ago.

So, I will keep doing it, out of spite (but, mainly because I enjoy it).

Well, we're all gonna die, and few ways to are pleasant..........to think if I just quit, eat right, pray every day and don't swear anymore, I'll die in my sleep at the ripe old age of 172. Odds of that happening? You know.

I'll just do whatever........to paraphrase Dennis Leary on the subject..........'to worry about your health so you'll live forever.....and then be hit by a bus at 38'.
