Re: MTD Yardman Transaxle Rebuild

I don't care much for the interior...mine gonna be gray.
But, it IS a stick.............

Just pitchin idea's out there, and of course, money is to be considered, yeah I like a cloth interior, tired of ploppin my arse down on cold vinyl during winter, 2 things I require is BRAKES & HEATER yep, it does get pretty chilly in Central Fl. at times, my "94" S-10 don't have a/c but I can handle that, just can't handle the cold anymore.. I'm just tryin to make mine look "nice" but super dependable, it's a backup vehicle and for haulin stuff I can't or won't put in my car .. a little here N there, at a time.

I wouldn't own an iPhone if someone gave it to me I'd sell it.

Bunch of vultures acting like they make stuff that they've never made.

Always 3 to 5 years behind Android. And then when they come out with something they say it's a new and Android has had it for 3 to 5 years.

Just crap it's just crap

Geez Chuck, why don't you tell us how you REALLY feel about iphones?

Hey Chuck,

As of right now we average 47 views to every reply, maybe that's a figure you should include in your morning report. Just think, nearly 50 people read this drivel for every one that will bother to make a comment.. Now that's a sad statistic..

Reading List

Ron,

What have you been reading lately? I address this to you, because I'm pretty sure you're a reader. I was gonna ask Tom (Pump truck 54) but I 'spect all he reads is Easy Rider and American Iron magazines. I ain't figged Darryl out yet, I think he mostly into Lawn and Landscape and Fine Gardening.

Most of my books come from our dump.. I know it makes me sound like a Dumpster Diver, and in a way that's correct, but we only have to dive into a huge cardboard box in which residents must recycle any books they are throwing out. It has served to broaden our book lists as we tend to grab anything that looks remotely interesting. I just finished The Pirates Daughter which is a historic novel about Errol Flynn's flings in Jamaica, by Margaret Cezair-Thompson. I enjoyed it.

I've had a lot of time to read as of late as I haven't really been out of the house since Oct. 5th.. Getting knee surgery tends to slow you down..

I actually had two books going at the same time, the one I just mentioned was my 'Livingroom book' and I also just finished Gravesend Light by David Payne. It was my bedside reader. I like the first one the best.

I think my old eyes are getting a bit 'wonkie', that's a word my mother-in-law always used to describe any physical feeling that wasn't as it should be. Old time Mainers had their own lexicon, but the words mostly made sense. Another that comes to mind is "cerascellet" pronounced Sir-rass-cell-let and meaning a 'cluster f--k', or a Chinese Fire Drill. Becky's Aunt used it a lot.

How's yer plumbing today? I've only had two kidney stones, but they were a constant sever pain from beginning to end, no lapses like you say you've had. Felt kinda like you'd been run through with a sword. Then it might feel like whoever had done it would pull it back and forth in you, just for fun.. I'd just as soon not have any more..

Hope you're having one of your 'lapses'..

PS I don't care if they laugh with us, or, at us ........

That's cuz people read Boo's inanity, then leave.
Next they come back to see if they REALLY read what they think he said, then leave again!

Most of the time there IS no reply worth writing to his posts, and he is responsible for abut 2/3 of the posts to this thread...........:confused2:
