Actually the poster was Asian judging from the sentence structure.
And if I had to put money on it most likely Vietnamese.

Being the "White pimple on the brown bum of the earth" as quoted by Prime Minister Keating we get a lot of spammers/scammers from Indo - China down here.
Apparently Aussies are the most stupid people on line on the planet, sorry you Yanks, you can't be the best at everything.
I get around 200 spam / scam emails a day and about 15 to 20 phone calls along a similar line so we get pretty good at working out where these people are coming from.
The tragedy is most of them are doing it for some one else as a job.
There should not be that much poverty in the world when we produce enough to feed the entire planet 2 times over.

Just got back from our get together, Fabulous Park ( DeLeon Springs State Park ) great time with family, good food, music and fun .

Used to ride my bike there from Astor.
We enjoyed the pancakes at the Sugar Mill, but I thought it was a bit pricy seein' as how ya cooked yer own breakfast.........

But, very pretty spot indeed.
