Anyone know which wire is the charging wire on a sv730 Kohler so I don't have to tear it down to check my charging system.

The middle wire on the rectifrier

The rectifier was bad no charging at all I replaced it now it's charging. My question is the charging wire does it go straight to the battery or to the battery selenoid ? This is an engine swap for wiring harnesses do not match.

If everything is in good working order , then electrically it makes no difference.
If your mower was wired up for electric engine braking then it should go to the A terminal on the ignition switch.
Practically it is easiest to wack an eye terminal on the wire and pop it on the hot solenoid terminal.

Caveat is if a diode goes bad in the rectifrier then it will drain the battery to death.
