I get carrying 2 of everything.
But 5 trimmers for a 2 man crew.

Maybe the guy doing yards with a riding mower in the back of is ranger. Don't pay taxes on the money he gets. Maybe it's side work just to pay the rent.
If you are worried about him then you need to step it up.
Me I will help that guy and give him the jobs I turn down. I know a handful of guys I give work to. I have not took on a new customer in a long time.

When I first turned 16 and got my license, I had a ranger. And a mtd lawn tractor. I used to use metal ramps and drive the mower into the back of the ranger. Lol that's how I started haha

I got started in the 80s with a old Chevy and a craftsman RER me and my helper would just pick it up. And slide it in the bed.

Well I started doing lawn-care for myself and started my business in 2001 but I did it for 23 years for the county before I got tired of there crap and took an early retirement.

All I am saying is it pisses my off when people judge others. Because they don't use what they use. ( truck, trimmer brand, mower brand.)

Now I'm not trying to be argumentative here but it kinda looks like your contradicting yourself. I mean you say it pisses you off when people judge others but doesn't your first statement do just that.
My question to you would be as a one man crew or solo operator about 50% of the time why is it wrong for me to have all the trimmers and blowers along with all the other equipment I carry.

I carry the same equipment whether I have a 4 man crew or I work alone.

The only time I unload and reload equipment is if we are doing a large shrubbery job I will unload mowers and load ATV and trailer or Pine straw baker and ATV or lawn tractor if we are going to bale Pinestraw.

I carry all my equipment whether I'm alone or not also, because I never know what I'll end up doing and what I'll need. If anything bugs me about people and equipment it's those who show up to do a job and don't have the proper equipment to do that job and that others end up having to cleaning up after them.
