That time I slid into a pond, on a zrt, The only thing sticking out of the water was the top of the front wheel (the left one). I could've used an outboard to at least get the engine above the carb.

I was a nervous wreck, because it was the landlords mower. I was soooooo glad to have the knowledge about small engines. I was back mowing in about 2 hours.
Had it gone to the shop, there's no telling how many hours they would've billed me for.

Yeah I did. (patting myself on the back) It was the first time I'd mowed the landlords yard. I got in and out of the pond without them even know it. Was afraid if they caught me, they wouldn't even let me fix it.

3 oil changes later, removing the carb bowl, draining the gas tank (luckily only a 1/4 tank left in it), spraying oil into the cylinders and turning the engine over several times........

I did tell the landlord about it after finishing the yard. And was shocked when she said, "that mower always slides sideways."
