This is my shop! 32' X 32' with 20 CFL lights, remote air lines in the walls, Epoxy floor for easy clean up.

I would live in that & let her have the house & let her visit from time to time.:thumbsup:

Thatta there term "man-cave" stumps the p outa me.
What's the matter,.... can't watch TV in the house cause Wife says so?
Yeah, right. That'll be the day when my wife says I can't watch TV. And there's 2 more flatscreens in the house, other than the family room-the bedroom and the home theatre. I'm putting one in the garage because I just happen to have an extra that's in my previous house. And it'll be a man-cave because there won't be any approval of what goes where and whatnot from wifey, as she has no interest in garages. Do you simply look for arguments? Bored in Canada? Jealous?

In my house its not so much a matter of what the wife wants to watch, but what the kids want to watch:laughing:

I'm not at home so I don't have a pic to post of my garage but it's one of my favorite places to be. It's a detached 10x40, not the biggest in the world but it's fine for my stuff. Plus the attic area is completely open so all the junk I don't want to look at can live up there (decorations, etc.). No tv out there but I like the quiet. Right now it's full of firewood for the winter, about 4 chords worth so not a lot of free space. Right now i have 7 mowers, 1 edger and 2 weedeaters so the wood has to live somewhere else starting next year. No breathing room now. Our house is small so I like to go there to sort of escape, even if for just a little while.

Hard to breath in here right now. Not much room.
