Ok if that's the case your computer is converting your text for some reason, I'd start looking at my settings. Look at your control panel under systems and security. Have you installed any programs recently?
I'll not be changing any settings on my computer to satisfy a quirk that doesn't exist on any site other than this one and one of its sister sites. If what I type in the English language isn't satisfactory and it must be taken to some foreign country, get modified and the come back in some other language so be it. I can solve that problem very easy while not screwing my computer around with settings changes. Just let me know if the problem will be resolved by site administration or if I need to solve it. VERY SOON PLEASE.

If it only exist on this site and one of the sister sites than it has to be the settings here. You need to email Muhammad and tell him what's happening because if it's happening to you then it could be happening to others. Got a question, what style forum are you using here. Old school LMF or lawn world, which ever style your using try switching and see if it does the same thing. It's just a suggestion but I'm wondering if this started when they made the switch to the new style forum.

In windows, to type the degree symbol... use the character map tool Example it is 39 F in Wichita.
To do that I type 39 followed by the character map tool "0176 (while holding the alt key down)" ...
There are several symbols that do not automatically code when you insert them into the various "word processors" that are used in various Forums...SOME forums will not allow using charector map tools, I think this is one of them...
To find more about charactor map tools enter it into a google search. :smile:KennyV
