Get a slightly smaller belt. Or add another spring to add more belt tension if possible on your machine.

Yeah I haven't gotten that far yet. I like both of those ideas, I'm just worried that too much might take me over the threshold and be too tight. I'll have to play around with it. I just didn't think I needed to for a machine with only 25 hours on it at the time frame (and I still don't consider the money paid out for the tractor). I was hoping that Kubota would just fix the issue at some point, but I don't think they have. I'll have to give Dave a call this Spring at Kubota and see what he has to say.

Kubota is not coming to your door fixing anything. Might have paint on the pulley causing a slight slip. Look at how much slack you have in the belt.

You can order 10 of the same brand, size, color and pitch belts. Kevlar or no kevlar. Every one will be a different size. Be it a small difference but never will be exact.
