I do not know what you have because I can not find the model number you posted with EFI. But these are what I use to work on car fuel lines.

You have a bad air leak. picture attached. I made a mistake so ignore the red circle and look at the maroon one. Black on the outside of the circle.

I would say it is more likely it was hacked seeing the certificate was installed 1 month ago.

Looks like there is a pin holding it in. Attached is a photo that shows what I am talking about. Circled in green.

Check to see if the part I circled is in the same position on your mower.

Looks like silicone to me but I could be wrong.

Chiming in on the idler pulley that looks to be wrong. It is a v-belt idler when it should be a flat idler pulley. I could be wrong but the back of the belt is in a v-pulley, not a flat pulley. Picture attached of the idler that I think is wrong and the type of idler I think it should be. Wrong...
