I'm a large property owner with about 5 acres in lawn to mow, lots of trees, rather rough terrain... and i'm loving this Toro Titan MX5400 I bought a couple months back. They make a 60" deck too in this MX line. It was sub $6000. I mow that area in just about 2 hours and 15 minutes. The suspension seat is the key to some of that. Rough terrain and good suspension allows you to go full out as much as possible while still keeping you fillings in your teeth and your kidneys attached to the back wall of your body. This MX seat is wonderful. And the deck doesn't scalp either. So I am sure the higher model your considering is at least as good if not better. Happy with Toro. Happy with the MX. Should have gotten one long ago.
