When folks used to put their Garbage Cans out on the street-sides, we would tie a monafilament fishing line to the handles ( so it couldn't be seen ) across the street from one can to the other, when a car came down the street and hit the line it snagged on the front of their vehicle and the cans would go flying out into the steet dragging garbage all over the place, eventually the driver would stop and get out and figure out what happened while muttering a few choice adjectives !

It is the same down here
But why the paper bag ?
Down here they just put it raw on the door mat
So it is hot poo all over your slippers or between your toes.
