Anybody know any good pointers or resources for Diamond Stripe cuts? I can do em but it usually takes me a while. Looking for the most effective way to knock it out.

Diamond pattern is going to take awhile because you are mowing the twice. So the only thing that would make it quicker is to just go the directions that are the longest.

Lawn Stripping

Hey grass cutters! These pictures are really impressive. How many of yours are home made lawn strippers? Ive seen many in stores for way to much money for what they are I just want to see the ratio of store bought vs homemade.

I do not use a stripe kit.
Lawn mower fanatic also does not use one.
The key is to not cut the grass to short.
The past few years I see more and more people cutting their grass under 2 inches.

Same here. Cut at a reasonable height on a nice green lawn and you will lay stripes.

Grass was real dry and a foot tall. Did not come out to bad.
2 acres a hour and ten minutes.

Nice!

The time was you solo or with a helper?

Not bad. I do about an acre in 1.5 hours. About 45 minutes with a helper. A hard acre with slopes, a ditch, a drain, trees, more trees and a bunch of corners. Very nice place.

Here is the acre lot that is rather tricky:

Some stripping and curving:
