yeah it's on the same property with my house, that house in the picture isn't mine.

its a cheap o toro recycler, we don't push mow much, but it seems to be hanging in there.

Toro and LB mow very well! They also last a while too. I have one that is almost 10 years old!

Was waist high 4 weeks ago.

If you look close you can see where I put clippings. On the first cut.

That is one good thing about bank owned homes. Don't have to remove the clippings just make it look ok.

We run two mowers on tall grass.
First one runs high lift blades. The. Second one cuts it again with gator blades.

Can make it look good on the first cut if the grass is dry.

Tall grass hurts the whole mower.

Spindle bearings is what gives me problems. But I can replace all 6 for $20
Only had to replace them once this year.

Waist tall is $600 half acre. Takes around 2 hours.

I run my deck belts a half inch shorter.
I only use briggs engines because they don't bog down as much as others and they handle the abuse.

I love cutting overgrown yards and hills.
Its a Challenge.

lol, I'd love them for $1,200 an acre. when we ran Dixie choppers we ran shorter belts.
I prefer fuel injection, you should try that they don't bog down either and they do decent on fuel.

Going to look into it over the slow months.

That's amazing to me that you can take down waist high grass in 2 passes..
