Replace 30 year old 4 hp B&S

I have a 30 year old Troybilt mulching mower whose design is not replicated these days. It needs a new engine. How do I go about finding a replacement for this thing?

They also have alts of surplus engines for sale and some sites allow you to search using the measurements

I bought an engine from Harbor Freight for a 45 year old Troybilt Horse rear tinned tiller. Check the bolt pattern on the engine block where it attaches to the mulcher, then look for an engine that will match. Your piece of equipment is 30 years old so I am sure you can find one, as my equipment is 45 years old and I found one.
