Real I.D. driver license in the USA

When were the first new style ignition could used,/ eliminating points &condenser

1962 they became available to Joe Public
Atom who were Husqvarna agents sold rights to Husqvarna back in 1959

The same with the new plastic bills overseas. They said to indestructible but just replaced a lot them due damage.

They started eliminating points and condensers in the early to mid 70’s, depending on the manufacturers.

They must have dumped all the old points ones down here ( not an uncommon practice )
Can't remember anything out of the USA with EI till well into the 80's.
Then again it was rare to see any USA built engine apart from Wisconstan ( horizontal ) or Tecumseh & Briggs

The Real ID license is NOT mandatory. It is just for those that Fly & /or go into Federal Bldgs a lot.
