Printer issues with windows 10

IT is not spooling so you need to delete th e print spooler and reinstall it.
Not sure how that is done on a windoze box.
Check that the computer is actually talking to the computer by opening the printer utilities and checking the consumable levels.

I remember when I had trouble getting my printer to cooperate after a Windows update. It turned out to be a driver issue. Have you tried checking for updated drivers or troubleshooting with your printer manufacturer's support? By the way, if you're considering upgrading your OS, Windows 11 Pro might offer some improvements.
