Running windows 10 on 2 PC's, no issue with printers. What issue are you having specifically?

Is it plugged in? You got paper in the tray? Is the printer mapped to the computer? Can you print a test page?

I can print a test page at the printer but not from computer to printer. I can see the documents in queue change from 0 to 1 and back 0 but no print.

Might check with your printer mfgr. We have a Canon laser all in one, prints fine but won't scan. Looked all over but there is no working driver for this printer to run on a W10 computer.

Go to add devices and printers. Add your printer. You can also reload YOUR printer driver. Do you have any small children that can help you?

Double check you have the proper printer driver.
Open printer properties and find print a test page. Does it print a test page?
Open notepad and type some text save and send to printer. Does it print?
What program are you using to print the PDF from?

You can try flushing the print spooler.
Go to computer services. Find print spooler and disable it then enable it and restart computer.

You can try removing the printer and then adding it.

IT is not spooling so you need to delete th e print spooler and reinstall it.
Not sure how that is done on a windoze box.
Check that the computer is actually talking to the computer by opening the printer utilities and checking the consumable levels.

I remember when I had trouble getting my printer to cooperate after a Windows update. It turned out to be a driver issue. Have you tried checking for updated drivers or troubleshooting with your printer manufacturer's support? By the way, if you're considering upgrading your OS, Windows 11 Pro might offer some improvements. I recently switched from https://digitalchillmart.com/product/windows-11-pro-32-64-bit/ and it's been great!
