So my ? Have made a session as to what u may get???

As I said buying cheap for him at the moment is probably the way to go until he gets a good base of clients then he can think about his needs for commercial equipment.

My first string trimmer was a Ryobi SS30, and even though I was mowing for clients I must say it performed well. I didnt have alot of money to startup thats why I bought it, but along the way I saved and got 2 Stihl Trimmers. FS55R and the FS80R. Both have been bulletproof and only thing I ever changed on them is the bump heads.
I don't have anything bad to say about the Ryobi, but we must recognize that they are in 2 different categories. Homelie/Ryobi/Featherlite/Weedeaters are designed for homeowner use and the Echo and Stihl for Commercial.
Take care of whatever you buy, keep it clean mix the fuel properly and you they will last you a long time.

I have a old bc30 that has plenty of power. I can not even guess how many hours on it

You won't be disapointed... some says its underpowered I have never had that problem if its underpowered for a project you probably need a speciality product anyway
