and it has not really gotten into some of the more obscure, specialty mowing equipment... I
There have been quite a few pictured that I have not seen in many years... This is as much fun as looking at pictures of older cars, and remembering what they were.... :smile:KennyV

I wasn't logged in when I opened this thread so the file name was right in my face. I never would have guessed it. It actually looks like some kind of hybrid Ventrac in that little photo

A winner! It's a Bolens Ride-o-matic. I suspect it was key in building the reputation Bolens enjoyed in the 50's and 60's.
Looks well constructed and versatile.
Before you upload pic, you can right click on it and edit the pic. Or if you upload to photobucket you can just click the edit then go to decorate, then erase. Hope this helps.

This is so easy. What is the matter with you people? I thought you knew something about mowers. This is obviously the new John Deere concept mower for Augusta National and LeMans.
This the first time I have ever seen one of these.

This one is very difficult, so much so I already feel guilty so I'm giving this clue.
Jmurray01 has a better chance of getting this than anyone else participating

That is an interesting mower. It looks like it articulates, or it looks like it must articulate to turn. All of the weight of the operator is directly over the joint, which has a pulley at the same location. Wishful thinking on the part of the designer if you ask me.
I second the Bolens vote..... Model EK10 ....Final answer:thumbsup:
I guess it's a gas powered snow shovel? probably wasn't very effective or you would have seen more of them.
I don't know much about snow, but it doesn't look like it would move very much, very far.
Seems like a clue is in order...
