John deere rx75 won't move

Shoot it with a 12 ga, problem solved. OK, I'm done with the BS, carry on.

The Taryl video probably will solve the problem, correct belts and go through the pulleys and idlers.

The drive belt is good and the linkage to the transmission works ok.
How can I fix it?

Did you check the carburetor?

Instead of taking it apart and working on the pulley, we decided to see if just running it would loosen it up, which it did.
