Exmark Turf Tracer HP...$$$$

So I've been looking at this 48" Turf Tracer HP walkbehind. It has around 600 hours and appears to be very well maintained. I think it's a 2005 or 06 model...what do these typically cost used? I have never purchased a used mower like this and really have no idea.
 
I would say maybe around $3,000-$5,000. When new, they can be pretty expensive, as much as some commercial ZTR mowers, so I think my estimate is pretty accurate considering it has 600 hours on it.
 
I know a man just sold his 04 tracer for $3000
Had it on Craigslist for 5 hours
