Do any of you guys have lawns that are really dusty?
I was mowing this one today:
That is mostly Dirt... But you can give an area like that a quick once over with a garden hose, just enough to settle the dust & keep from stirring up more. Don't water it like you wanted to get anything soaked... Very little water will make a big difference when there is that much exposed earth, it will save your equipment & your lungs... Plus there is not enough grass to plug anything up even if it was Very wet... :smile:KennyV
Wow!
I have one backyard that is all dirt because there are these huge trees that prevent it from getting any sun. There are sticks and so much dirt on the ground, so it can get really dusty when it's dry. It's really a pain mowing around the low branches! I will get pictures tomorrow morning.
Time to hit it with a hedge trimmer and chain saw
Pictures:
Here is how dusty it was because of all the dirt shown in the second picture:

And here are the low branches that get on my nerves:

Last year I was citing around a dead tree and got jumped by bees I have long hair so they got stuck in it. Dr counted over 60 stings. Anyways my glasses fell off looked for them for over a hour and never found them even months later cutting the yard every week never found them.
