Are the safety switches for arms and the brake on this zero turn the same switches....There is 1 switch for each arm and 2 for the brake....they all look the same...are they the same switch used in different places?

Yes it is # 539 101080
Rotary, Prime Line, Stens & Oregon all do an aftermarket one that costs about 1/3 of the Husqvarna one
If buying an aftermarket swtch from any where other than a mower shop look at the colour near the plug
If yours are all grey you need the all grey one, if yours are black at the end you need the black ones.
One is open circuit plunger down and the other is closed circuit plunger down
A lot of Evilpay Scamazon sellers will sell you the wrong type and also check that th mounting method is the same.
Some snap in & others bolt in ( yours bolt from memory)
