Howdy

I hardly ever post in any forum or FB in fact i don't even have account, Therefore was not sure what is the respond rate ,My bad ...

The smart phone generation seem to have problems when they do not get an answer the instant they post.
Apparently according to the neice if the "like" comes more than a minute after she posts something that means the person actually hates her.
She sends me an email and expects answers instantly and when I dont she sends texts to 1/2 the extended family wondering why I don't like her.
Apparently this is fairly typical of generation I ( phone) and I might add she is 22.

Dosn't drive, thinks "poping around" is sending me a couple of selfies. can't afford to move out or even own a car but has no trouble finding $ 250/ month for phone bills.

There are some mower forums that seem to be frequented by similar persons, a dozen or more welcomes & howdys within a few minutes but no one actually addresses the problems.
And if you need to know I still use the Nokia 600 most of the time.

Now to work.
The clutch/brake pedal has adjustments on it and the brake itself has an djustment.
On the clutch you tighten the nut in the center to make the brake more agressive.
Follow the rod that pulls the brake on and you should find an adjustment .
Most times I am backing it off for customers to make the braking less violent.
The brake has to be set so that the belts starts to slip just before the brake comes on so the brake & the box are not fighting each other.

PS this is the 5 th time I have viewed your post.
There is a recient post function on this forum and a lot of regular users utilize this function so every time they log in they read all the new posts thus you get a large number of views bit a lot of them are from the same person or even the moderators.

Upon close inspection again No missing chunks out of the Belts or any slipages , However i noticed that the Rear Right wheel is the worse during Left turn meaning as i turn Left it slips so bad , jerks and jumps and clicks out of its brain and won't go forward had to put it in reverse then Forward to get it going . Regardless the Jerking , jumping still there as i am going straight but so bad as i am turning .

The belts have seen some usage /better days , Saw hair cracks from the inside but i will check for missing chunks , One thing i noticed is when i push the left foot pedale the tractor doesn't stop as good as it use to be , I groomed her flower bed few times mis judging the break :confused2:

Thank you for the great information you provided friend. DO you mind pointing out the exact parts you are refering 2 by referencing this diagram i found listed on this part supplier web site .Greatly appreciated it

#16 and or #15 but you must do a visual inspection to see for sure. So what I am telling you is to look inside the transmission and check to see what parts are needed before you purchase anything.

Well i took the transmission apart and found no busted gears or worn out teeth that they could jump out @ me , however the grease inside looks so liquefied but not runny like fluid YET . I also noticed that the main belt which mount to the main tranny pulley was cracked and missing chunk out .

I am going to clean the gears ,housing by soaking them in a Kyroseen or Diesel bath to clean them up .... Any special kind of grease i should be using , Any other parts i need to check since i am that far into it . I will post pic once i clean it

Ok now get me the number off the tranny case and I will get you the grease or gear oil it needs.
Then after its all back together we will adjust the brake or clutch or both.

Regardless of what is recommended I alway use 00 grease , sometimes called "liquid grease" in all grease packed gearboxes.
If you go that way you get it from a farm supply company in a 2 gallon pail for $ 30 as apart from a mower shop at $ 5 for a 2 oz tube.

One more thing. Make sure all the things I have circled have square corners. Even slightly rounded off one can cause the problem you are having.

The case stamped with 719-04017 , Right now the gear box is soaked in Kerosene to clean up all that gunk ..I will pull the parts and inspect them closely to your referenced point .

The main axel shaft where the wheels hanging on each end enters a box that remind me of Mini rear defrential .Do i need to check for any thing in there ..It appears as if its factory sealed on one

They should do most PTO bevels use 00 grease, by the bucket full.
The bull gears on some of our old tractors that do not have oil seals also run in liquid grease, about 3 gallons of it
