I was finally able to get on the ereplacementparts.com webpage and found that they now say it is in stock. I could not place my order online so called them. The csr took the order but told me the tube is on backorder; so I don't hold out much hope of their supplying it.
If anyone has one, I'll buy it.
The tube separated from the ring that attaches it to the crankcase. I doubt that I could weld it or patch it.
If anyone knows of a workaround, I'd be much obliged to hear of it.

Check to see if the hole is threaded
If so get a plug used on the stationary engines .
