Well, Cat 1 hurricane beryl plowed through this morning, wind never stopped blowing from about 8AM until 4 or so this evening. Ive counted 9 trees uprooted, 6 Oaks.
No power ,except genset power, since 8AM. Got the I/C twin 8000 Watt running like a sewing machine, and the 5500 watt storm responder keeping the freezers frozen.

We have grown too accustom to A/C. I have been living without A/C for 10 years now. It is the lost of heating in the sub zero temps that hurts the most here; although, I working on an alternate heat source this year.

With all the A/Cs running it is just adding to the outside heat level.
