B&S Mower Engine Won't Keep Running

Wow, thanks! I have already replaced the 394 diaphragm and checked the 612 screen. But didn't know about the screw tightening sequence, maybe I messed something up. It's now past mowing weather so I have time to work on it. Thanks again!
 
FWIW
I usually take the tank off and drop the tank down on top of the carb & diaphragm to avert the chance of getting the diaphragm & gasket out of place then fitting them
The problem I usually find is the diaphragm is in the wrong place

it might be running rich since it starts fine and dies when warm. carbs are cheap on ebay. buy one and let us know...
