My Cub Cadet has 160 hours without a blade change. Is it possible to change blades without removing the deck?

You would need a mower lift.

Make sure the lift you buy can support the weight of the mower.

Go buy a $30 floor jack.

Or just put the front wheels on a block of wood.

Or take the 2 mins and take the deck off. Really only takes 2 mins

(( racing is the only sport that you need two balls ))

The Mojack EZ will be more than enough for your mower, I use it on my 48" ztr and the Grandstand. It would be the safest way if you don't want to remove the deck. You can get one at Tractor Supply right now for $149
