I acquired 2 hustler 1500 shortcut mowers. 1 54inch 26hp kolher. 1 48inch 22hp kohler. I can't get the 26 hp mower to charge the battery. 13.4 ac volts out of the stator. new battery. fuses are good. clean connections. swapped rectifier and ign. switch with the other mower (know to be working) and tested all 3 relays (all working)

Have issues connecting the governor linkage on a Nikki V Twin carburetors on a Husqvarna YTH24V48. Tried uploading a photo but was not able.

I bought a used toro22” recycler with no grass catcher or frame. I ordered an aftermarket one on Amazon. It came in and I put it together. Alls well. When I cut grass it throws grass between the discharge flap and bag at the top. Does anybody have any idea why it’s doing that. And what I can do to eliminate this.

Newly acquired Grasshopper 616 with bad engine

I have an old JS36 John Deere push mower that has great difficulty starting (never starts after many pulls etc. etc.). Have replaced the spark plug, took apart the carb and thoroughly cleaned it, scrubbed the flywheel and magneto pole faces and re-gapped them etc. etc. Does anyone here have experience with this JS36 mower? If so, I'll describe the problem thoroughly plus all I've done so far.

I've watched countless videos and I still don't understand this. The CVT worked fine until I fixed it. Seriously, it drove in all speeds. Now it's just creeper gear. I replaced the belts because they were frayed and cracked. I paid $55 for an Oem lower belt and about 40 for an Oem upper. Now it only runs in creeper gear.

I replaced the cylinder head, piston, rings, and bearings on my old Stihl MS250 chainsaw. Everything seems to work fine, but when I put the side case on, bar, chain, and tighten then down, the chain is locked down. I have had this saw for 20 years and I really have liked it. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what might be the issue?

Can you share how you figured out the removal of you gas tank? I have the same problem and I can’t find any fasteners.
