So I'm having an issue where the right lever on my zero turn moves all the forward on its own. Now I don't mean it's tracking one way on its own I mean when the mower is turned off the right lever if not pushed over into the neutral holder it will move all the way forward all by itself. The left one doesn't do it. Mower didn't do it until my little nephew was on it moving the levers around while the mower was off.

Anyone know what the cause could be

At a guess cause I don't have the feintest idea what mower you have.
Most have a damper cylinder ( like a shock adsorber ) underneath
Yours has probably fallen off .

It's a toro timecutter z4200. What should I look for? I don't see anything on the ground? Is there something that could have came loose?

The dampers look like small shock absorbers or automotive lift supports for hoods and rear gate lifts. These things can go bad just like any other fluid filled shock type device. Also, make sure that the ends of those struts are connected.

You are looking for part number # 103-2913 Damper-Control, Motion .
There are 2 of them, one for each side.
Drop the deck and while some one works the lap bars look for the difference left to right
It won't be sitting on the ground, just the bolt fallen out.
Parts book & service manual are a free down load from Toro.

Just stating the obvious. Mowers are not play toys.

I like guns but probably shouldn't play with them........ Like explosives too.

Just trying to get help on the issue at hand. Don't think hating on someone autistic is where this thread was supposed to head. The mower wasn't running nor was it able to be started. I think you misunderstood what was going on.
