Your belt is # 67 in the illustration, MTD part# 954-0349 (replaces 754-0349) V-Belt...
BTW... that belt is 1/2-inch x 79-inch.

The cheap belt will work fine on the deck.
Now when it comes to the two drive belts get the MTD belts.
(( racing is the only sport that you need two balls ))
You can find the belts even cheaper online. The ones that you are going to get from auto parts stores will work but they are not kevlar. If you look up the part number A77K you can find a good quality replacement belt for like $10. Shipping maybe be another 10 but you have a higher quality belt.
