Thanks again,it didnt look like it was ever sharpened so you make perfect sense.I read that it is meant to keep the clippings from dropping onto the lawn after being cut.It is supposed to make sure the clippings get mulched more than once so the clippings are super tiny when done.
I wonder if it would perform even better if there were an edge put on it?? Hmmmm ,interesting?? Charlie
