Many years ago I was working with a fellow. As we were leavening out on a job we came across a guy pushing a shopping that was dressed as homeless person. My friend turn to me and said you know that is my father. He followed up by saying he don't have to live like that as has a home and the plenty of money he just won't live in it.

And why you think some FEMA workers were told avoid places with Trump signs? It because of all the lies told on the social media that had some of them attacking the FEMA workers. And the main reason FEMA is short on money is Congress not providing it. Also many are still not seeing the writing on wall about the climate changing. This why I have fruit trees in bloom in the middle November when they should blooming early Spring. One apple tree out there actually had young apples on it but they get froze a few weeks probably. Even very old writings say there will be a time when we can't tell Winter from Summer and this is coming true.

And yes avoid a**holes too. You don't get to force your opinion on me and expect me not to push back. A new neighbor here started out with the first out his mouth was politics so I just turned and walk away with him screaming at me. I don't discuss politics or religion for a good reason, it causes a lot of unnecessary problems. And this is the same for customers that don't pay their bills, they get barred from receiving any further help from me. I kick out five this year and got under police investigation for a stop payment check which a felony in my state.

Attacking FEMA workers: ONE GUY said "If Fema comes 'round these parts, they best get on cuz I'm gonna kill em!" and got arrested. The lies are on MSNBC that bands of renegade rednecks are driving around in pickup trucks hunting Fema workers and putting their heads on spikes.

FEMA money: FEMA can reappropriate funds. They're fully funded right now and have excess that they're giving to illegals. They are in no way hurting for money, unlike the hurricane victims that are forced to "apply" for $750 of relief money and most are turned down.

Fruit trees blooming: Did you know they used to have winter parties in April? With snow building contests? This was back in the 1400s. The calendar is NOT perfect, and seasons tend to walk. For instance (by fits and starts) it'll get warmer throughout December soon, but it'll be icy and cold deeper into March and April. That's the way of things. People can not control the weather. This is just a fun little money grab that was invented to keep people scared and redirecting funds to pet projects that go nowhere.
Remember Solendra? Millions appropriated one day, next day it's an empty lot. Oh no, sorry all out of money! No, we don't know where it went. Hey, Obama's buying a new house!

Yeah, the guy the right wing hated at the time.
Then Bush II enacted huge tax cuts and spending increases post 9-11.
And the debt growth rate actually slowed under Obama... increased under Trump, and decreased only in the last year or so....

My prediction is that Trump will move quickly to increase tariffs, decrease taxes on the rich (again), and explore cuts to Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, and other health care spending. It will take a year for other nations to also increase tariffs, or worse. What will this do to the economy? Nothing good. By 2028 we will either be awash in inflation, or an economic crash as world trade collapses. The Democrats will take the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, if elections are still a thing.

That's exactly right, dad! It may be that what this nation needs to stop seeing things through a red lens is 4 yrs. of Trump. We'll see how "MAGA" is working out in a couple years. My money is on something like, "Wait a minute - I didn't vote for this madness!"

As for seasons I just wish when it starts warming up in the Spring that it don't stay it the 70's for several weeks getting the fruit in full bloom and then turn off cold freezing all the fruit. I been here for over ten years and have lost all my fruit every dang year because this temperature roller coaster. The only fruit that currently survives is pears and it even rough on them.

Right now I am dealing with YO-YO weather. One day it is in the mid 70F's and next it is around 32F. Yesterday it was 77F for the high and this morning 28F for the low. Should only get the upper 40's today but early week next back in the 70's with possible snow Tuesday night.

FEMA would have enough money if the Democrats stopped sending Ukraine billions of dollars! We need to put our country first, and allies second. Ukraine isn't even in NATO so what are we doing sending them money. I am supporting the conservative party of common sense and I'm glad to see slomo and TSE have some common sense. Turning off the TV news and not subscribing to print media has done me wonders. My anxiety level is near zero. The media and weather folks are fear merchants.
For the last couple of years, I have lost most of my fruit in March or early April. By the way, I live in the extreme northern area of South West Georgia.

I have basically gave up on the news too. I don't think I even seen the local news in years. I am just withdrawing into my own little world and forgetting most of the other world problems. I don't need anymore gray hairs. Why worry about things out of my control. I got enough problems trying to run this business to make ends meet in the middle.

Well just got upload my latest MTD price file it was kinda a surprise no major price increase as the 100k Retail changed very little. So far it only Husqvarna that some major price increases. Just don't where the 28k in new PNs came from yet; exploring that potential problem. Now on the TTI files.
