No EPA regulation require them to be capped so they can not e drilled & thus the unburned petrol kill everything living thing on the planet .

I suppose that's why the every EPA employee and their bosses all drive electric cars that they charge with bicycle type generators.

Low idle cough. It does it at high idle, just not as bad?

Did I not clean out something? Before I put the breather covers and air filter back on, it would cough back out of the carburetor.
At the 3, 11 and 14 second marks.

Can be an intake manifold air leak if more like a sneeze. Didn't view youtube video as youtube is blocked here.

The walbro was running too rich. After about 20 minutes the plug was already coated.
Just for funzies, I put a rebuilt and then a new nikki carb on it. And it only ran on choke. I think that means it's not getting enough gas.

You do know that just because two Walbro looks the same that they can be jetted differently don't you?
