Have a problem on occasion . Left steering lever has a vibration. Not very often but every once in a while it seems to vibrate.
Have no idea what the problem is caused by. Appreciate any help.

You may be right but it seems to me if those are the reason It would vibrate all the time. I mow about 2 acres and it may vibrate for a minute or two and only the left steering lever.
