I've had Troy Bilt Craftsmen MTD and Toro Snapper riders and this is one of the toughest of the group.

So you are saying the weed eater is the best?

It's been a very reliable mower for me. It's my back up to the Bronco and it always pulls me through when Bronco is down.

The only one I ever had in my shop was that the owners daughter hit a tree and broke the hood off and it had a broken fuse holder this pass summer. Other then that it seem like a nice mower. The customer is still running it without a hood.

Great to hear you've had such great results. It's odd that the craftsman didn't hold up as well as the weed - Eater has...
There both built by the same company.

Ok that makes sense I thought some of the parts were awfully familiar.

Mine is older but similar. It is a 1995 with a 19hp Briggs I/C and hydrostatic tranny. It has been as reliable as the morning sunrise. I'm kind of amazed actually. I think American Yard Products made it and the Sears tractors.

For me was the 1986 rear engine Toro 8-30 and is 1987 JD-130. Neighbor on the right has JD108 and the one on the left has Cub Cadet 108...both 108's are all original except rebuild engines and ride very nice. My 130 is all original except tires and a blade.
