Toro Z Master control arm neutral position return ?

Thanks for the help in advance !!
I just got a zmaster 286E and have a question. The control arms are auto returning to neutral from the reverse position when let go of but not the forward position, they just stay where ever they are and mower keeps moving forward. Like cruise control. Is this normal. Or do I need to check something. I already replaced the dampers. Thanks again.

That sounds like a normal operation to me. You need to reference the operator's manual for clarification.

Yes it is the normal operation. It is the same the same system used on the Exmark, Yazoo/Kees and Husqvarna ZTRs that uses the Hydro Gear BPD-10L pumps.

Basically these are clones of each other with differences. Such as the decks are made differently but the lifts are the same. Different designs for the rear frame but uses the same mule drive setup. Good thing in a way as many parts are listed NLA for the Yazoo/Kees but are available for the Toro/Exmark version.
