Toro Push Mower Engine Revs Up and Down

I bought another one for $100 - it fired up on starter fluid, so I'll do the same maintenance on it. It came with the bag, too .
I like this model, it's really light, powerful, and fairly quiet. The seller had it in storage and just wanted to get rid of it.

THAT is a great mower. Not the best engine in town but will mow more grass than Willie Nelson has smoked. Nice find for a hondo. Toro needs to bring those back.

I wonder if a FJ180V would fit on that deck (probably not)?
