Time Master Idler Bearings

I have a Toro Time Master we use it almost daily although we probably do not use a tank of gas a week in it. We use it for small spots inside of a few small fenced areas parking lot islands ect.

We have had to replace the idler rollers several times in the year we have run it. We have broken two serpentine belts because of bearings failing.

Are any of you having similar problems with this mower? Other than this issue we have throughly enjoyed using it.

Replace them with anything but toro OEM.
I changed mine to a scag that's the same size.
I love my Toro's but they went cheap on the deck parts

If the pulley is in good shape you can split them and fit a new bearing.
If you are continually killing bearings & belts good chance the belt is too tight.
Do you clean the top of the deck and if so how ?
